The PodBarber's Mickey Phipps brings along Anna Moorhouse from Saffron Walden County High school to talk to the BBC about the huge project that The Wellbeing Project is involved in with the school - to build a 'quiet room' for students in the pastoral hub.
This episode is taken from the BBC's evening programme hosted by Rob Jelly, who shares the Wellbeing Project's passion and advocates for better mental health awareness across the region and throughout schools, offices, homes and beyond.
