Episode 74: we meet Simon Billings a chiropractor with a special dedication to nutrition. I’ve wanted to get Simon on for ages so we can discuss simple ways to decrease systemic pro inflammatory states. The sort of thing that does no favours to anyone who is in pain, esp that reactive random joint inflammatory stuff that chiropractors see regularly. But more than that inflammation is a natural and good thing your immune system does to heal and fight off attacks in the body. However when not balanced it can create havoc - auto immune, IBS, eczema, etc..
