Our relationship with the scale can be as toxic as a relationship with an ex. Luckily, unlike your ex, this relationship can be easily repaired with a few mindset shifts. I recently did a social media post around this concept and people said it blew their minds. One person slid into my DMs and said,
"OMG! I literally let the scale dictate my mood for the day, and watching your post completely blew my mind, I never thought about the scale this way before"
