When health recommendations are one-size-fits-all, it raises a red flag for me. So when I saw the title of this book, "No Ma'am Ograms!" I just had to read it. And the next step, of course, was to share it with you...
The author is a MD (and more), he overcame his own devastating diagnosis and he helped many people as an integrative oncologist.
A major takeaway for me here is that there’s nothing wrong with just pressing pause if you do hear the dreaded words no one wants to hear about breast cancer.
