In this episode of The Love in the Mirror Podcast, Shannon Bodie (Arnett), aka yours truly is the guest and host! I'll share a variety of ways to help get centered and to give the busy mind a project when you need to take a step back in 3 areas:
1 - Mantra and Affirmation (including RAIN and removing the 2nd arror from Tara Brach, Easy Light and Free, and Calling in Divine Order)
2 - Breathing practices (including alternate nostril breath, even count breath, and Donna Eden's zip up zip down technique)
3 - Using Music and Movement
We'll then look at Habit Stacking - blending these into existing routines for your ease in practice and integration into your day to day! Walk away with at least 1 you can put into practice now.
