One of the biggest health and weight loss mistakes most people make is that they still believe oatmeal is healthy and will help them lose weight.

This terrible information is still being regurgitated by dietitians nutritionists, doctors and personal trainers.

For several years I thought oatmeal was great for fat loss until I discovered some serious problems with it.

In today’s lesson, I’m going to outline 3 reasons why oatmeal is NOT good for your health and will actually cause weight gain.
