013: Getting the Most from Life

So many people we talk to today say “I just feel there is more to life than this” or “I feel like I am stuck in a rut”. They talk about and genuinely want to make a 'soulfully fulfilling life' for themselves and their loved ones, yet they're still confused about how to do that.In today’s call Karen and I share a tool with you which we have frequently used on ourselves and with our coaching clients to get a better sense of orientation. It's called The Wheel of Life and it can really help to bring more balance and harmony to your life and help you to EXPAND, simply by shedding more light and awareness on your blind spots!

The Wheel of life can help you to live from your essence ~ from your Source ~ rather than feeling that there’s got to be something more, by showing you where your life is out of balance and revealing areas you might like to cultivate, as well as highlighting areas where you are doing brilliantly.Even if you’ve used this process before, do give it a chance as taking the time to self evaluate periodically is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself ~ particularly if you’ve recently lost your sense of direction due to these massive shifts in planetary energy and you need to adjust your course and get back on track.
