I want you to think back to the last time you set a goal and you failed.
No, I’m not trying to make you feel bad about how you are doing with your eating and your weight.

I want to help you see exactly what keeps you stuck.

Here’s the big point of this coaching session:
When you have a habit, even if you hate the habit, it’s always easier to do it than to do something new.
When you fail at doing a new thing, this is absolutely part of the process of change.
If you think you can escape without failing and be the exception…. I’m sorry my dear. But you are kidding yourself.

Okay, so this is probably not what you want to hear.
I get it.
But now that you’ve heard the fact about failure as a requirement for change, now we can move onto making those hard things easier.

In this coaching session, you and I are going to look at why you fail at doing what you want most.

And how the way you look at it will either keep setting you back at the starting line, or help you get up, learn, brush yourself off, and move toward the new version of you.

So, let’s look at the steps you’ll need to take to fail forward.
Yes, to fail and actually move ahead at the same time.
Without regrets.
Without hating yourself.
And without feeling bad. Promise.
