Stream this episode and cook with Tara in real-time as she guides you through making the perfect Bolognese sauce. Perfect to put with pasta, use as lasagne sauce, on toast, it's so versatile! You can pack it with your own choice of your fave veggies too.
Your ingredients are below, all you need to do is listen while you cook! You can pause, fast forward, rewind, and cook along with your own nutritionist.

You will need:

  • large pot
  • wooden spoon
  • knife

Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef mince (or a mix of been and pork)
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 400 gram can of tomatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
  • Dried oregano (optional)
  • Veggies (optional) such as carrot, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms
