Exercise is a good thing. Taking a walk, riding a bike doing weight training are things that can help your body and mind feel better. If exercise is a good thing, is it possible to be addicted to it? Can you exercise too much? Gwen realized exercise is an awesome thing and it has helped her. She also realized there were times her exercise mindset was focused on exercising for long periods of time. Her goal in this mindset was to burn as many calories as possible.
