Today we’re talking about the body and doing an actual exercise to release your anxiety. I did it, and I felt so much more at peace, so I hope you’ll feel the same after trying it out! Monica Norcross, a Christian fitness and nutrition expert with over a decade of experience in the health industry, founded The Still Workout as a way to incorporate scripture into a physical exercise encapsulated in the Lord’s gentle words to be still and know who He is.

She shows us how to physically, emotionally and spiritually release anxiety through tiny, intentional adjustments to your body which you’ll be able to do right in this episode. She also shares what we need to know about body image as believers as we navigate this very filtered world.
