Recently, I went through my own grief journey, always a difficult and murky walk, one that is not to be taken lightly.
I've learned (through trial and error) that unless we FULLY move through grief in all its stages, we will continue to stay stuck, tolerating, deflecting, not living our best life, for many many years forward.
This is a personal video, one I wasn't going to share, but there are many people not able to process grief in a healthy way, so I feel it is my responsibility to share my knowledge in this area.
