In this episode, I am diving into a topic that can be a bit tangly: our motives and why they matter. There was a season in my life where I was driven by ambition, busy over-achieving, and had an insatiable desire to prove my worth. Yes, I was accomplishing goals but my "why" almost caused me to lose what mattered most. I learned that wrong motives can get us to a place but they will not sustain us.
In this episode, I share the importance of examining our hidden motives, how they will eventually come to the surface, and what we can do to ensure that we are driven by the right motives.
