The research is clear that exercise is not a weight loss tool, and yet we know that it's critical to maintain weight loss, to prevent weight gain, and for better health and longevity. Today, Dr. Lisa talks with one of her clients live on the podcast, unscripted, so you can hear one approach to navigating insecurities about going to a health club. Of course it's NOT necessary to go to a health club to lose weight or improve your health, but some of the same reframing and mindset work that you'll hear today can be used in other situations when you feel resistance creeping in.
