Hello beautiful people!
I'm so excited to publish my very first episode of
Dear Momma, Hi Daddy Podcast, and to get closer to the online world and people with similar experiences to mine in dealing with generational traumas.
In this episode, I share some o wants regarding accountability and generational trauma that did not only happen in my family but to humanity, our culture, and throughout our tree's history of 'civilization' (as we like to call it). You can listen to my podcast about how our understanding how society has changed through the years.
My podcast features my very own story. I talk about coping skills, how to process trauma, and how to heal current generations.
My wish for this podcast is to learn how to communicate and heal my story of intergenerational pain. I would like to reveal what I learned about intergenerational trauma that would help me heal. I know other survivors suffer the same type of childhood tragedy, and I will share suggestions on how my peers and I can heal our internalized trauma.
In my sessions, I practice talk therapy (talking, recording, notes, and conversation therapy). Through this process, we learn to be vulnerable with each other, so here is my chance to be vulnerable with my peers and with the world and share my story.
Thank you all who gave personal time to listen to the start of this journey in the safety of this podcast. I appreciate your trust, your subscribing, emails, and shares to:
