Today is Valentine's Day. If you're anything like me, you will not be celebrating and today will be spent alone. Loneliness may not be categorized as a disease, but it certainly takes it toll on all who are going through it.
Today, I don't have the cure to loneliness, all I have is my journey through it. The hope is that by hearing my journey, it can help you to understand how to best go about easing the pain of loneliness, and making any changes in your life you see fit.
