Luke knows a thing or two about Stress. 27 years running busy businesses has taught him what’s needed to succeed and thrive when the pressure is on. As one of the original directors of Specsavers, he was part of the biggest retail roll-out in Australia's history, 100 stores in 100 days. If you’ve ever started a new business, you’ll know that this is a pretty impressive feat.
He believes that you can’t achieve anything substantial if you aren’t good at stress.
Author of 3 books: Stress Teflon, RESET, and most recently, Curious Habits. Luke retired for the first time when he was 31 years old. Fortunately, that retirement didn’t last because he missed one thing …..STRESS. Helping people change their views on stress is what lights him up, and he’s here to show you how to embrace life’s challenges.
When he’s not surfing, golfing, cycling, or writing books, he coaches people on how to thrive in stressful situations.
