曾經代表過香港參加跳繩亞洲賽嘅Agnes，早年跟隨丈夫移居德國慕尼黑，因為文化嘅不同，佢暫時放低咗跳繩教練嘅身份，但就開展咗另一番事業。初到埗人生路不熟，但流住香港血嘅Agnes又點會咁易放棄？自己組織小組訓練、參加當地嘅比賽、 逐間健身房寄個人履歷⋯⋯Agnes慢慢開始咗佢嘅德國健身教練之旅，仲喺當地獲選為運動品牌大使。德國同香港嘅訓練模式有咩唔同？對於有志移民外國嘅PT，Agnes呢位過來人又有咩忠告？
