全港運動會田徑賽事喺5月尾順利完賽，其中800米賽事備受矚目，因為同屬必達跑會嘅兩位跑手喺冠軍同亞軍之間鬥得難分難解之餘，仲雙雙破咗塵封25年嘅香港紀錄。Sean Fontaine（方賢明 ）雖然最後以0.08秒之差屈居亞軍，仍然以1分52.16嘅成績喺香港田徑史冊劃下重要一頁。平時喺運動場上面見到方賢明，你可能會以為佢唔識廣東話，但 Sean 就話：「講跑步同講運動，應該冇問題！」今集《又係我牛英》，有呢位年輕跑手鉅細無遺地分享比賽當日嘅心路歷程，仲會講吓自己嘅訓練日常（用廣東話喎！）。
