Immersed in nature, we will learn how to get the most out of powerful tools & practices like breathwork, ice baths, qigong, and mindfulness - as well as having plenty of downtime to relax, recharge and digitally detox. NUMA is in essence a weekend to reconnect with yourself, discover more of what you want, and cultivate how to get it. It is a great opportunity to ponder big personal and business decisions after a busy summer.
