Is the diet mindset the real reason you're not reaching your fitness goals?
So often we think we just need to be 'better' at tracking, counting, weighing our food out, restricting, and the list goes on..but what if it is those exact behaviors (and rather the mindset behind them) that is actually hindering your progress on your fitness goals?
Most of the mindsets I reveal in today's episode seem harmless and even healthy. However, I am here to tell you they are toxic thoughts. They may look good on the outside, but deep down they are anything but.
If you've struggled with orthorexia (an obsession with health/ wellbeing), obsessive exercise, or disordered eating, then you have already gotten a taste of how disruptive these "healthy habits" around food can be to overall wellbeing, productivity, energy, and all around living an intentional, purpose driven life.
Grab you favorite drink, hit play, and learn how to transform from the diet mindset to one of food freedom, intuition, and mindfulness.
