In today's episode, Samantha dives deep with the beautiful Kelsey De Brusinis, an entrepreneur who has made it her mission to help others heal the relationship with their bodies & use the wisdom from their blocks to blossom.
Kelsey used to hit the corporate world hard, where here work-life consisted of hitting numbers, making money, and working over 80hours a week. However, deep down, Kelsey struggled with something more profound and leaned on external substances (drugs and alcohol) to mask her depression and addiction issues. With a history of traumatic experiences, Kelsey became someone she didn't want to be and almost gave up on herself entirely.
Tired of feeling miserable and seeing the direction her life was going, she knew she needed a big change yet didn't know where to start. With her life in turmoil, Kesley turned to many resources to help her but soon realized the only way to improve herself was to take matters into her own hands. She left her marriage, left her career & went to an ayahuasca ceremony that shifted everything.
Kelsey started healing herself by listening to her body and using the energy from within which completely changed her life and now she helps others do the same!
